2. Free Attorney of Record and docketing services on all existing IP you’ve already filed in the US, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights. Prevents you having to babysit/update an old mailbox forever, and helps you not miss/have anxiety that you will miss important upcoming filing deadlines or response windows.
3. Free registered agent services for entities located in Texas, Colorado, Florida, or Wyoming. Members are only responsible for the state filing fee.
4. BOGO Trademark and Copyright Filing for members looking to protect their brands and products. Trademark filing cost is $1,250 including the government filing fee of $250 for a single class and Copyright filing cost is $500 including the government filing fee up to $100. Free filing is not inclusive of government filing fee. BOGO promotion is only valid for member’s first trademark and copyright filing with KMD.
