The Ease Co. is led by husband-and-wife team Victoria and Michael Winter. With over 15 years on the front lines of retail, Victoria grew her own independent boutique from the ground up, scaling it successfully for a decade.
She lived the daily struggle of rising operational burdens and saw that most tech solutions weren’t built for the reality of the shop floor. To help find the cure, she partnered with Michael, who brings a unique perspective from his 14-year career as a spinal physician assistant. He applies his diagnostic expertise to uncover the hidden “pain points” within a business, treating the root cause of operational friction. Together, their hands-on experience and expert problem-solving create tailored solutions that ease the strain and empower the next wave of modern retailers to thrive.
