Before opening Sisterlee Boutique, I spent nearly 15 years in payroll and HR helping small businesses navigate the people side of their business. Then I spent four incredible years on the other side of the counter—building my own boutique and experiencing firsthand the late nights, launch days, employee challenges, big wins, and beautiful chaos that comes with it.
Today, I’m back in the payroll and HR world with Auris, where I help small business owners simplify everything from payroll, HR and hiring to onboarding, timekeeping, benefits, compliance, and employee management.
That’s why this partnership with The Boutique Hub feels so full-circle for me.
