The Real Reason You’re Drowning in Inventory
Spring is here, and that means it’s time for one of the most exciting events in the fashion and home industry—April Find Week at Atlanta Apparel! This year, we’re bringing together three major markets: Atlanta Apparel, Formal Markets, and Gifted Home Spring Show, making this a truly can’t-miss event. From top seasonal trends to exciting activations and buyer resources, here’s everything you need to know before you attend.
A Market Like No Other
April Find Week is extra special this year as it marks the first call to buy for Autumn/Winter 2025 and the last call for seasonal gift items. This means buyers will get a first look at the must-have fashion pieces for the upcoming fall and winter seasons while also stocking up on last-minute seasonal home and gift products.
Trend Report: What to Watch For
Fashion Trends for Autumn/Winter 2025
Our Fashion Director, Morgan Ramich, shares the top trends for the season, and they are all about bold, timeless statements.
1. Colors of the Season
Expect to see moody and rich tones across apparel, gift, and home categories. Look for shades like:
- Plum, cherry, and fig
- Deep purples
- Mocha mousse and earthy browns
- Pops of chartreuse and pastel blues for a refreshing contrast
2. Key Apparel Pieces
- Boho Revival: Bigger volume is in! Think statement sleeves, frills, lace, ruffles, draping, ruching, and wrapping details.
- Equestrian Chic: A return to classic, tailored looks with polos, structured blazers, preppy button-ups, riding boots, and stirrup leggings.
- Outerwear Trends: Expect maximalist coats in plaid and wool, statement bomber jackets with contrasting details, and the return of capes for a sophisticated, boho-inspired look.
3. Accessories to Elevate Any Outfit
- Belts: Layered textures with bold hardware.
- Bags: Oversized suede shoulder totes with a slouchy feel.
- Headwear: The Baker Boy hat is making a comeback, alongside colorful knit beanies.
Gift & Home Trends
If you’re a buyer looking to stock up on home and gift items, here’s what’s trending:
- Maximalist Prints: Snake prints, botanicals, florals, and animal-inspired patterns like birds and leopard prints are in.
- The “Dots & Spots” Era: Playful prints on fabric and décor.
- The Fun & Games Trend: Stylish game sets like mahjong and backgammon that double as home décor.
- Dark Glam: Rich color palettes with moody tones, metallic accents, and luxurious velvet materials.
