This year, Gifts & Decorative Accessories introduced its first-ever Diamond Awards in celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Retailer Excellence Awards—a one-time recognition honoring the retailers, manufacturers, sales organizations, and influencers who have helped shape the independent retail industry for generations.

Since founding The Boutique Hub in 2013, Ashley has been driven by one mission: helping independent retailers succeed.
What began as a simple Facebook community has grown into a global network of more than 100,000 boutique owners, retailers, brands, wholesalers, and industry partners who believe that community is stronger than competition.
Over the past 13 years, that mission has expanded far beyond education.
Today, The Boutique Hub provides business coaching, retail education, inventory management technology, live events, networking opportunities, AI-powered business tools, and daily support to retailers navigating one of the fastest-changing industries in the world.
This award recognizes that impact—not only on businesses, but on the people behind them.
Why the Diamond Award Matters
Unlike the annual Retailer Excellence Awards, the Diamond Awards were created exclusively for the magazine’s 75th anniversary.
Recipients were selected by an internal panel of editors based on their industry influence, innovation, longevity, past recognition, and overall contributions to helping move the retail industry forward.
Ashley joins an incredible group of honorees representing decades of leadership across manufacturing, retail, sales, and technology.
To be recognized alongside industry icons is both humbling and incredibly meaningful.
