With a background in business, marketing, and economic development, Ashley turned her passion into a reality in 2013, founding The Boutique Hub. Rooted in the mantra “community over competition,” The Hub provides education, resources, and support to thousands of retailers globally.
Outside of work, Ashley is a wife to CFO Eric Alderson, a mom to three amazing kids, and a lover of jewelry, horses, and basketball. As a cancer survivor, she brings a unique perspective on resilience and perseverance to everything she does. Whether she’s riding horses with her kids or playing old lady basketball, Ashley’s heart remains dedicated to helping others chase their dreams and build a life they love.
