The Summit will be held June 12-13 in Dallas, Texas. We will be at Dallas Market Center, on June 12th through the morning of Tuesday, June 13th. That evening, we will be having our #BoutiqueBoss Banquet at the Doubletree, which is across the street from Dallas Market Center.
Yes. You can do so by visiting Dallas Market Center’s website. We will be assisting guests who do not qualify for DMC passes, and do not plan to stay for Apparel Market. Please contact us with questions.
As it gets closer to The Summit, we will be sending out an email to all those who have registered. The email will include a link, where you will be able to select your Breakout Session preferences.
This form of registration requires the purchase of one, full-price registration, and is only to be purchased for business partners, co-owners, sales representatives or business employees. Co-Owner and Employee Registrations will be subject to further scrutiny, and we may ask for proof of partnership or employment to validate registration. A 10% member discount is NOT applicable for this form of registration.
No, Member discounts are only applicable to the Early-Bird and Late Registration types, as the Co-Owner/Employee Registration type is already heavily discounted.
Registrations are non-refundable, but they are fully transferable to another boutique owner, brand, etc. If you need to transfer your registration to someone else, please email us that information prior to June 1, 2017.
Tuesday afternoon is scheduled to include “on your own time”. We have rounded up optional activities for you to attend if so desired. Optional activities include:
-A small wholesale shopping experience at the Doubletree with our Summit Partner Brands
-A chartered bus to shop Harry Hines Blvd Wholesale Trading Companies
-Shopping local Dallas/Fort Worth local boutiques
-Golf at Luna Vista Golf Course
-Spa time at the Hilton Anatole
The only activity you need to RSVP for is the “chartered bus to shop Harry Hines Blvd Wholesale Trading Companies”, as we need to make sure we have enough seats available. This option will come in a later email to registered guests of The Summit.
For Monday and Tuesday during the Summit, the dress code is “boutique casual”. We want you to be comfortable since you’ll be sitting most of the day, but we represent the boutique industry, so of course we want to see your personal style shine!
Tuesday evening’s Banquet dress code is “boutique semi-formal”. Dressing up is not required, but we wanted to give attendees a chance to pull out those outfits they don’t get a chance to wear all that often, because let’s face it…it’s fun!
As it gets closer to the event, we’ll be writing a blog post on some Summit outfit ideas…so be on the lookout for that!
There are LOTS of hotels within walking distance of Dallas Market Center (where part of our Summit will be held), and the Doubletree (where we’re having some events on June 13). Each hotel also has a shuttle available that will take you to Dallas Market Center for the Summit, and through the Apparel and Accessories Market (June 14-17).
To secure blocked and discounted lodging for the Summit, you’ll want to book through Dallas Market Travel, by calling 214-744-7444 and mention you are with The Boutique Hub. We have been told that these rooms are going fast, so we recommend booking as soon as possible.
Of course! If your spouse would like to attend The Summit, you will want to purchase a Co-Owner/Employee Registration for them. If they only want to come to the Tuesday night Banquet, those individual tickets can also be purchased.
We have arranged some available tee times through Luna Vista Golf Course, if your spouse/partner would like to golf during the day Monday and Tuesday with others attending. If your partner/spouse is interested golfing, please let us know via email, so that we can give you the appropriate information needed for them to book a tee time.
Due to our anticipation of selling out, children are welcome to attend the banquet as long as they can sit on your lap; otherwise an additional registration and/or Tuesday Banquet ticket will need to be purchased in order for them to attend.
Food, beverages, and snacks will be provided. We recommend bringing something to take notes, such as a notebook/pen, iPad/tablet, or laptop. Don’t forget to pack your positive attitude, and leave your Drama Llama in its pen at home.
You will be able to watch The Summit via video, approximately about a week after The Summit takes place. As we get closer to June, those special access tickets will be available to purchase.
Throughout the Summit, we will have numerous stations for you to enjoy from a library, photo booth and headshot station for you to enjoy professional photos with our event photographer. Members of The Boutique Hub will also enjoy bonus downloads and extras in the Training Library compliments of the numerous speakers at the event.
Part of the fun of coming to The Summit is meeting others, so we will have 4 dinner venue options based on your business type – Online Boutique, Brick and Mortar, Apparel (wholesale) Industry, and Fashion Influencer/Blogger. Each dinner will have selected hosts from the event who will connect one another. These dinners are ‘on your own’ and not part of The Boutique Summit registration fee.
